A really big thank you to the guys at the Kirkland Bicycle Shop in Kirkland Washington, Nathaniel, Aaron and Matt. These folks were knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. Most of all they did it with great humor and it was fun to deal with them. They tuned up my bike, redid my headset, advised me on tires, attached my rack and odometer. Frank bought his new bike there and they did a great job setting that up for him with his upright handle bars. Plus he got to stand around and trade mountain biking stories with them! Thanks guys...
