Our Last Continental Divide!!

We made it up over Hoosier Pass!! There were two guys in spandex with carbon bikes up at the top who gave us a big cheer as we came up to the top. It was pretty cool.
Nice ride along a bike path from Silverthorne, through Frisco, to Breckenridge. At different times, two commuters road along with us and told us about the area and the surrounding country. Breckenridge looks like Whistler. Big gondola run going up the mountain. A bike shop every block, mostly renting mountain bikes. The actual ascent of Hoosier Pass is gradual because of the switchbacks but the elevation (over 11,400 ft) got to me and I had to rest a couple of times on the way up. Great descent into Alma where we ran into 5 recent college graduates who were getting a carbo load for their ascent of the pass. They were having a great time and figured that cycling across the US was better than looking for a job. We are staying in the town of Fairplay. Cute, western themed, old mining town. We are in the "school marm" room at the Hand Motel and B@B. (appropriate, don't you think?)
Some photos have been added to some previous posts so check them out if you like. Thanks Joel and Cheryl.
